ENGINEERED PACKAGING SUPPLY

Leverage your packaging spend into a safer, less expensive supply chain.

Shift critical packaging out of fragile China-centric lanes and into an India- and Southeast Asia-based platform that lowers total landed cost versus North American sources and stabilizes lead times—without rattling your plants.

If you own packaging spend for a North American manufacturer, “more from China” no longer feels like a strategy. Leverant gives you a designed alternative: a coordinated manufacturing base in India and Southeast Asia (India, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam) wired with Shoreview’s sourcing methodology, so you walk into the C-suite with a sourcing move that reduces cost versus domestic sources and keeps quality at U.S. standards.

APPLICATIONS

Packaging lanes re‑engineered for real‑world manufacturing

We focus on the packaging categories and lanes where moving off legacy China routes changes the math on cost and stability—while still presenting your brand the way it deserves. In food service containers, cartons, and flexible packaging, the package carries your image, signals product quality, and reinforces the emotional connection between your product and the consumer.

01

Consumer cartons & retail packs

Folding cartons, sleeves, and retail packs

High-graphics cartons, sleeves, and retail boxes produced in India and Southeast Asia on lines tuned for global brands. Lead times that behave better than deep-China routes, with the print quality and consistency that carry your brand image and product story to the shelf.

02

Foodservice & QSR

Cups, clamshells, wraps, and bags

Hot and cold cups, clamshells, wraps, bags, and more for QSR and foodservice. Compliance and speed built in, with compostable and landfill-decomposable fiber formats that don’t depend on lowprobability recycling streams—so you can improve end-of-life outcomes without disrupting restaurant operations.

03

Flexible & Specialty

Pouches, films, and laminates

Pouches, films, and specialty laminates sourced through plastics leaders in India and Southeast Asia. Material lead times measured in weeks, not months, and structures designed for recyclability where appropriate—so flexible packaging can carry your brand and graphics without becoming a dead-end decision.

THE LEVERAGE POINT

5 ways packaging becomes your leverage point—not your risk

01

Lower total cost than domestic sources

Re-designed lanes, materials, and formats that bring total landed cost below North American sourcing—without stepping down from U.S.- equivalent technology or quality.

02

Lead-time reliability up

India- and Southeast Asiabased routes into North America that support how your plants actually schedule, rather than fighting against long, unpredictable cycles.

03

Supply stability beyond singlecountry risk

Balanced sourcing across India, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam reduces over-reliance on any single country’s disruptions.

04

Operational noise turned down

Fewer expedites, fewer lastminute changes, fewer “linedown” emails driven by packaging.

05

Compostable and recyclable by design

Fiber-based food service and carton formats that decompose in landfill, plus resin-based structures designed for recyclability—so end-of-life matches your sustainability story in the real world, not just on a spec sheet.

WHY LEVERANT

Why sourcing leaders bet their packaging lanes on Leverant

Any global supplier can quote a lower number. The test is whether your brand image, product quality, and plant performance stay at the standard your customers expect. Leverant is built so you gain a less expensive alternative to North American packaging sources—with equivalent technology and print quality—while reducing the operational risk that comes with long, fragile lanes.

01

Platform, not a one‑off factory

A coordinated manufacturing and logistics base across India, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam designed to outperform legacy models on total cost and stability—not a single plant you “try and hope.”

02

Built for North American realities

15+ years exporting into the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Documentation, QA, and inland logistics already match what your teams expect, so plants see steady supply, not another science experiment.

03

Quality and compliance you can stand behind

ISO, BRCGS, FSC, SEDEX/ BSCI, GMI, G7 and more— on production technology that matches what you see in U.S. factories. You get best-in-class equipment and controls without paying North American cost structures.

CONTROL LEVER

Turn packaging from cost line to control lever

Most sourcing strategies grew up around “more from China for less.” That playbook now carries geopolitical anxiety and leadtime volatility your plants can’t absorb forever. Leverant gives you a controlled way to redraw the map: identify the SKUs and lanes where an India- and Southeast Asia-based platform wins versus North American sources, model the impact on total cost and stability, and execute without putting production at risk.

SIDE – BY – SIDE

What a re‑structured packaging lane looks like in practice

For each targeted SKU, we analyze your current lane—factory, freight, duties where applicable, lead times, variability, and risk profile—then design an alternative running through our India, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam base. You see sideby-side economics, transit times, and stability factors before you commit. When you green-light, export documentation, North American logistics partners, and first production runs are handled so plants experience a smooth handoff, not a rough trial.

THE PLATFORM

The people behind the platform

You’re trusting real production and real customers to this decision. Behind Leverant sits a team that has lived the packaging and export grind for decades.

01 / EXPERIENCE

Deep packaging roots

35+ years in folding cartons, flexible packaging, and foodservice formats, including long-term relationships with global brands and converters. Production sites run the same best-in-class technologies used in leading U.S. factories, so quality feels familiar even when geography changes.

02 / EXPORT

Export isn’t an afterthought

Dedicated export operations teams in UAE/India/ Malaysia/Vietnam manage documentation, compliance, and carrier relationships into North America every day.

03 / DISCIPLINE

Sourcing discipline built in

Shoreview’s strategic sourcing framework is embedded into how opportunities are identified, qualified, and managed—so strategy and execution line up.
